this country has produced some really wonderful things imo i mean there have been plenty of advances in medicine, education, entertainment, and so forth — i mean if you think about it the world wouldn’t be what it is now if america hadn’t existed (not that it wouldn’t in the future but really, who knows).

but it’s really hard to be a proud american when our government is a dysfunctional bully, our history is covered in blood, and the citizens of the country itself are more than slightly uneducated. every country has it’s history but america has grown to be an extreme embarrassment i mean just look at the gop candidates!!!
